Iron Smelting Experiment - 2004

Ideas are shot around the group about the slag freezing problem - and what to to about it.
The concensus is that the low position of the tuyere is causing the liquid slag to pool too high to keep the air blast from being submerged.
Mike suggests a radical (to us) solution - carve out a new hole and reposition the tuyere at what is now the rear wall of the smelter.
