| Indigo Over Madder - Dye 2b (January 2005) I'd dyed some fleece with madder a few days prior. I tossed a handful of the madder dyed fleece into Indigo Dye bath #2. Same notes as before - 4 hours of simmering, and 3 hours of sitting in the pot. Fleece was originally white Icelandic. Iron ingots in the pot for mordant. Colour turned out a strange moss green.
