| Each trip we try to host the Parks Canada staff for a dinner. The center piece is steaks from Oak Ridge Acres which are brought in frozen in marinade. The combination of good meat and time to marinate well produces a real treat for folks who don't often get good steaks. This time around the day was more of a dual host thing at Quirpon with Matthias from Parks Canada producing pizzas in the french oven there. Previous
